How It Works

Curious About the Bulk Beef Buying Process?
Well let's break it down for you:
Step 1:
Complete your pre-sale purchase in full today to secure your custom share from our upcoming harvest before the cutoff date. Place an order down on your choice of an Eighth (40-45lbs), Quarter (85-90lbs), Half (180-200lbs), or a Whole Beef (360-380lbs).

Step 2:
Once we have your order, we will notify you of our fulfillment date (usually 3-4 weeks after our Closing Date) and keep you updated every step of the way! You will get weekly emails letting you know exactly when you can expect to receive your beef. 

Step 3:
We continue to raise your beef for you on the lush plains of Eastern Montana until it is time for your beef to head to our federally inspected USDA facility, where its dry-aged for about 14 days which adds to the amazing flavor and tenderness, and they are precision cut and wrapped into packages and flash frozen solid.

Step 4:
Once packed and frozen, we will send you an email and provide you with the dates we will be in your neighborhood for delivery. We will pull our ranch freezer trailer down to the designated location mentioned in the email and meet you in person to grab your frozen, boxed beef. Zero freight charges!!
